Innovation Park Launches Quarterly Publication: Journeys

Innovation Park at Penn State recently launched its quarterly publication, Journeys. This first publication was inserted into the PA Business Central, reaching over 35,000 readers in 22 counties.

This publication highlights Innovation Park, its resources, and the journeys of businesses and individuals within—or who have connections to—the Park. These stories show the power of innovation and the potential for economic development in our area and across the state.

Our first edition covered the journeys of many, including:

• Schoolwires, a company specializing in educational technology, who is now merging with Blackboard, Inc.
• KCF Technologies, a company born out of Penn State’s Center for Acoustics and Vibration and a graduate of the incubator at Innovation Park
• Atoptix, a start-up that went through the incubator that is developing ground breaking technology
