coolBlue Community
coolBlue Community is an employee engagement program that works to provide a dynamic environment and make positive impact on the quality of work-life for employees in the park. Networking, workshops, ‘field trips,’ lunch programs, walking and running clubs, and other activities help companies in the park connect with each other, and retain their top talent. Events, activities and other opportunities are promoted through a regular coolBlue newsletter.
